In fourteen hundred and ninety-two, Columbus finally got corporate backing and decided to rename a big hunk of land he’d never seen before. Without his bold excursions in venture capitalism, we wouldn’t be here with a vague but undeniable sense of guilt lingering within our marginally comfortable lives.
